CIUDAD DEL ESTE is a master-planned self-contained community which encompasses single-family estates, high-rise condominium towers, a business district, an international hotel and a shopping and entertainment center.

The development rises on a 34-hectare property, and will be the single largest urban development in Costa Rica. Its contemporary and futuristic design will make it a landmark of Costa Rica’s architecture.
