Among the many guests that visited the event, there were several members of the local and international press, real estate brokers; some proud condo owners, and many prospective owners. The event was hosted by the anchorwoman of the local TV show “Habitat”, Shirley Alvarez. The CEO of Zeta Group, Cesare Zingone, cut the inaugural white ribbon.

    The condominium that was presented is a two-bedroom unit in tower 6, facing the ocean. The interior design is contemporary and very fresh, providing a chic and sophisticated environment. All furnishings and equipment were in place: the ample kitchen with its marble countertop and stainless steel appliances, the living room with white sofas and a flat screen TV set, the dining room sitting six, the spacious external balcony, the master bedroom with a king size bed and TV set, and the guest room with twin beds.

    The condominiums in tower six will be delivered next June. Tower five will be ready in August, tower four in October, and towers three and two in December. Towers one and seven will be completed in 2009.

    The amenities of the resort area have recently been upgraded: the swimming pool will have a dry and wet bar, a pool-side amphitheatre for performances, a pool volleyball area, a cascade and water slide , a Jacuzzi section and a shallow pool for children.
